Historic Independence Hall in PhiladelphiaLocated in Independence National Historical Park, Independence Hall is one of the most important historic sites in the United States. This is where the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution were discussed, written, and signed by the Founding Fathers. Guided tours led by knowledgeable docents are free and available on a first come, first serve basis. Stretching over 20 city blocks, the park includes Independence Hall, the Independence Visitors Center, the Liberty Bell Center, and much more.
Within the Park -There are over 30 sites to visit on the 55-acre Independence National Historical Park. These include Benjamin Franklin National Memorial, City Tavern, Virtual Portrait Exhibit, New Hall Military Museum, and Washington Square.
