Great staff

Tara at the front desk was a great help. I visited several hotels in the area to get current rates for my parents who were traveling up to PA from Florida for a funeral. Tara was the only front desk person (out of several other hotels) who not only offered to check bereavement discounts, looked at all possible options and got me the best rate. When there was an error in my parents flight home, and they needed to extend their stay an extra night, Tara again made that happen. (The hotel looked completely booked if the parking lot was any indication). In addition to Tara, Julian the front desk manager was always available for questions, or offering help. They two ladies who handled the complimentary breakfast were cheerful, and kept the area replenished. If you need to stay near Philadelphia, but want to be out of the city limits, please consider this hotel.
